Set
up and service fees on our
remote server guaranteeing SLA of 99.997% on
24/7/365 basis. This does not include on
site visits, which is not necessary.
Customer is responsible for the hardware and
software required by the network at his
premises. The only special software required
to access any remote Microsoft Exchange
server 2007 is Outlook 2007/Endeavour 2008
which is provided free by us. OWA web client
is a standard software and is generally
available with licensed MS Office suite.
Please do not use pirated versions and your
access may be disallowed. Once it is
installed in your computer, please go to the
control panel, click on the mail icon and
set up your access to the shared MS Exchange
Server. You will need the computer name,
allotted user name for the company account
and master access PWD. These details will be
provided to your system administrator or
authorized representative. Your system admin
can then takeover the day to day management
of individual mailboxes based on your
company's security protocols.
USD
100 per month per company account. This is
applicable whether the customer chooses 5 or
50 mailboxes. It is not dependent upon the
number of mail boxes. We recommend that
customers' choose the bare minimum mailboxes
and keep adding as and when required.
The
rate per mail boxes for 10, 25 and 50
mailboxes will qualify for quantity
discounts. Get in touch with us with your
requirements.
The
payments to be done on a quarterly basis by
all customers. We will calculate the total
cost per year and divide it equally into 4
quarters.
Overseas
customers will have to make the payments by
Paypal. We will send a Paypal electronic
invoice.

that can be resolved to their domain IDs. They need to change
the MX settings in their domain registrar's
control panel to point to our server. They need
not change their web hosts. The MX changes
generally take 48 hours to propagate on the
internet and sometimes longer upto 72 hours.
